Again in Farwaniya: 56 Kgs of Unknown-Origin Meat Confiscated and Destroyed

According to the Arab Times Kuwait, the Public Authority for Food and Nutrition (PAFN) has confiscated and destroyed 56 kilograms of meat of unknown origin in the Farwaniya area. The operation was carried out by inspection teams representing the Al-Firdous and Al-Rai centers as part of ongoing efforts to ensure public health standards across the governorate.

Authorities stated that the seized products lacked the necessary documentation and health certifications required for commercial sale. The meat was deemed unfit for human consumption due to the inability to verify its source, storage conditions, or processing history. Following the confiscation, the items were destroyed in accordance with established municipal protocols to prevent them from entering the local food supply.

This action is part of a broader, consistent campaign by the PAFN to monitor food safety in Kuwait’s commercial districts.
