CQR and sirar by stc sign agreement to strengthen OT cybersecurity and critical infrastructure protection in Saudi Arabia

According to the Saudi Gazette, CQR (Absolute Solution for Cybersecurity Co.) and sirar by stc have entered into a Master Services Agreement (MSA) to bolster operational technology (OT) cybersecurity across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The partnership aims to combine CQR’s specialized industrial cybersecurity expertise with sirar by stc’s managed security capabilities to protect critical infrastructure.

Under the terms of the agreement, the two companies will collaborate to deliver integrated solutions tailored for operational technology, the Internet of Things (IoT), and the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). A central component of this collaboration is the deployment of FENNEC, a platform developed by CQR within Saudi Arabia specifically designed to secure complex industrial environments and critical national assets.

This agreement reflects the growing focus on cybersecurity within Saudi Arabia’s industrial sector as organizations face increasingly sophisticated digital threats. By integrating local technological development with established managed service frameworks, the partnership seeks to provide a robust defense model for the Kingdom’s critical infrastructure, ensuring operational continuity and data integrity in an era of rapid digital transformation.
