Egypt Condemns Houthi Attacks on Saudi Cities

The Egyptian government has issued a formal statement condemning the recent missile and drone attacks targeting several cities within Saudi Arabia, including Abha, Khamis Mushait, Jazan, and Najran. According to the Qatar News Agency (QNA), Cairo described the strikes as a serious escalation that poses a direct threat to the safety of Saudi civilians and violates the sovereignty of the Kingdom.

The attacks reportedly resulted in injuries to dozens of civilians, including women and children. Egypt’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized its full solidarity with the Saudi government and people, reiterating its support for all measures taken by Riyadh to protect its national security and maintain stability in the region.
