Fake Cop Used Stolen Vehicle to Rob Expats; Jleeb Cops’ Arrest Solves 10 Cases

According to the Arab Times Kuwait, detectives in the Jleeb Al-Shuyoukh area have successfully concluded an investigation into a series of criminal activities involving the impersonation of law enforcement officers. Authorities confirmed the arrest of a Bedoun individual suspected of utilizing a stolen vehicle to target expatriates under the guise of police authority.

The investigation, which led to the resolution of 10 separate theft cases, highlights ongoing efforts by Kuwaiti security forces to address crimes targeting the expatriate community. By posing as police officers, the suspect was reportedly able to stop victims and conduct illegal searches or robberies before fleeing the scene.
