Google Keep's 'Find in note' search feature rolling out for Android users

According to GSMArena, Google has officially begun the rollout of a new 'Find in note' search feature for the Google Keep application on Android devices. This update, which follows a period of development and testing, aims to improve user productivity by allowing for more granular navigation within individual notes.

The new functionality enables users to search for specific text strings within a single note, mirroring the 'Ctrl+F' search capability commonly found in desktop word processors. To utilize the feature, users can open a note, access the three-dot menu located in the bottom-right corner of the interface, and select the 'Find in note' option. Once a search term is entered, the application will highlight all instances of the text in yellow, facilitating easier document review.

This update is part of Google's ongoing efforts to refine its suite of productivity tools. By introducing in-note search, Google Keep addresses a long-standing request from users who manage extensive lists or long-form notes within the platform. The feature is currently being pushed to Android users globally as part of a standard app update cycle.
