Madhyapradesh: ମଧ୍ୟପ୍ରଦେଶର ଦମୋହରେ ପତ୍ନୀ ଓ ୩ ସନ୍ତାନଙ୍କୁ କୁରାଢ଼ୀରେ ହାଣି ହତ୍ୟା

According to reports from Sambad, a tragic incident occurred in the Kabirpura village of Damoh district, Madhya Pradesh, where a 30-year-old man allegedly killed his wife and three children with an axe. Local police identified the victims as Khema Patel, 27, her seven-year-old daughter Urmila, and two sons aged five and one.

Preliminary investigations suggest that the couple had been experiencing marital discord for over a year. Reports indicate that the victim had previously filed a dowry harassment case against her husband, Dwarka Patel, approximately six months ago. Authorities stated that the couple had been involved in a heated argument on Friday, which preceded the violent incident on Saturday morning.

Following the attack, the suspect did not flee the scene. Instead, he reportedly remained outside the residence with the weapon, waiting for law enforcement to arrive. Police have taken the suspect into custody, and an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the domestic dispute is currently underway.
