Nusuk Marhaba greets pilgrims at over 25 Saudi entry points

According to the Saudi Gazette, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has launched the 'Nusuk Marhaba' initiative, a program designed to enhance the experience of pilgrims arriving in the Kingdom. The initiative provides reception, guidance, and orientation services at more than 25 land, air, and sea entry points across Saudi Arabia.

The program aims to streamline the arrival and departure process for those undertaking Hajj or Umrah. By establishing a direct field presence at these ports of entry, the Ministry intends to improve operational efficiency and ensure that pilgrims receive consistent support from the moment they land in the country until their eventual departure. The initiative is part of a broader effort to coordinate between various entities operating at the Kingdom's borders.

This initiative aligns with the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program, which seek to increase the capacity and quality of services provided to religious visitors. By facilitating smoother transitions through entry procedures, the Ministry hopes to provide a more seamless start to the spiritual journeys of millions of pilgrims who visit the Kingdom annually.
