Saudi Arabia, Serbia sign mutual visa exemption agreement for diplomatic, special passports

According to the Saudi Gazette, Saudi Arabia and Serbia have officially signed a mutual visa exemption agreement for holders of diplomatic, special, and service passports. The agreement was finalized in Belgrade during a meeting between Saudi Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Waleed Al-Khereiji and Serbian Minister of Foreign Affairs Marko Djuric, acting on behalf of Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan.

During the diplomatic session, the two officials reviewed the current state of bilateral relations and explored new avenues for cooperation. The visa exemption for specific passport holders is intended to streamline official travel between the two nations, facilitating easier coordination for government representatives and diplomatic staff. This move is seen as a strategic step to foster closer ties and enhance bilateral engagement across various sectors.

This agreement reflects the ongoing efforts by Saudi Arabia to strengthen its international diplomatic footprint and deepen its partnerships with European nations.
