Bangladeshi Expat Arrested in Kuwait Drug Trafficking Case

According to the Arab Times Kuwait, authorities in Kuwait have apprehended a Bangladeshi national in connection with a drug trafficking investigation. The arrest was carried out by the General Directorate for Drug Control, which operates under the country's Criminal Security Sector.

The operation was led by the department's International Control unit, which has been intensifying efforts to curb the smuggling and distribution of illicit substances within the state. While specific details regarding the quantity of narcotics seized or the suspect's identity have not been disclosed, officials confirmed that the individual is currently in custody and undergoing further interrogation.
