The directive emphasizes the importance of avoiding swimming in unauthorized areas and maintaining close supervision of children while at the beach to prevent accidents.

In response to the seasonal increase in coastal activity, the directorate has mobilized significant human and logistical resources to bolster safety measures. This includes the intensification of maritime patrols and the deployment of enhanced search-and-rescue operations. Authorities have also confirmed that vessels and safety equipment are being readied to ensure rapid response capabilities, and they have reminded the public to secure all necessary permits before setting sail.

In the event of an emergency, the public is instructed to contact 911 for assistance in the Makkah, Madinah, and Eastern Province regions. For all other areas within the Kingdom, the designated emergency contact number is 994.
