According to a report by Asomiya Pratidin, five students at the Chirakuti Higher Secondary School in the Dhubri district of Assam were hospitalized after suddenly falling ill during school hours. The incident, which occurred in the Fakirganj police station area, prompted immediate intervention from school staff who transported the students to the local Chirakuti Primary Health Centre.

Medical officials reported that two of the students required further specialized care and were subsequently transferred to a facility in Lakhipur for advanced treatment. The cause of the sudden illness remains under investigation, and local authorities have yet to provide a definitive explanation for the health crisis.

This event has caused significant concern among parents and the local community, particularly as it follows a similar incident at the same school just days prior, when 13 other students reportedly fell ill simultaneously.
