Guwahati: Fire Erupts at Complex in Survey, 20 Employees Rescued

According to Pratidin Time, a significant fire broke out at a residential and commercial building located on Samanway Path in the Survey area of Guwahati on Wednesday. Emergency responders were alerted to the scene after flames were observed spreading rapidly through the premises, reportedly trapping approximately 20 employees inside the building.

Preliminary investigations suggest that the fire may have been triggered by a short circuit within the structure, identified as House no 4. Local authorities and fire services initiated a rescue operation to evacuate those trapped, successfully bringing the employees to safety.
