Kuwait authorities arrest 16 suspects in 9 drug cases, seize crystal meth, Captagon and cash

According to the Arab Times Kuwait, the General Directorate for Drug Control has successfully apprehended 16 suspects involved in nine separate drug-related cases. The operation follows a period of intensive surveillance and investigative work conducted by authorities to track suspected trafficking and distribution networks operating within the country.

During the arrests, officials seized a variety of illicit substances, including crystal methamphetamine and Captagon tablets. In addition to the narcotics, authorities recovered significant sums of cash believed to be proceeds from the illegal drug trade. The suspects have been referred to the appropriate legal authorities to face charges related to the possession and distribution of controlled substances.
