The complainant, identified as Gade Rajeshwara Rao, claims that his wife, Bhavani, and a courier delivery agent from Khammam named Saidulu, had been plotting to murder him and stage the incident as a fatal road accident.

Mr. Rao reportedly approached the local authorities after discovering incriminating chat messages between his wife and the alleged accomplice. The complaint details a series of communications that purportedly reveal an intent to carry out the act, prompting the husband to seek immediate police intervention and protection.
