Saudi Arabia: Interception, Destruction of Six Ballistic Missiles by Houthi Group

The Coalition to Restore Legitimacy in Yemen announced on September 24 that its forces successfully intercepted and destroyed six ballistic missiles launched by the Houthi group. According to the official spokesperson for the coalition, Major General Turki Al Malki, the projectiles were aimed at the Saudi Arabian cities of Taif and Yanbu.

This incident marks a continuation of regional tensions involving cross-border aerial threats. The coalition stated that the interception operations were carried out in accordance with established defense protocols to protect civilian infrastructure and residential areas within the Kingdom.
