Accident: ନବରଂଗପୁର ଚାଷଜମିରେ ଟ୍ରାକ୍ଟର ଓଲଟି ଛତିଶଗଡ଼ର ଡ୍ରାଇଭର ମୃତ

According to a report by Sambad, a fatal accident occurred in the Chandahandi police station area of Nabarangpur district, Odisha, resulting in the death of a tractor driver. The victim has been identified as Maheshwar Bishi, a resident of Amed village under the Deobhog police station limits in the neighboring state of Chhattisgarh.

The incident reportedly took place while Bishi was operating a tractor in a field belonging to a local farmer, Daya Mali, in Khaparadihi village. He was engaged in agricultural work, specifically preparing the land for paddy cultivation, when the tractor overturned and trapped him underneath. Bishi succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

Following reports from local witnesses, Chandahandi police arrived at the site to conduct an investigation. Officer-in-Charge Bimal Kumar Lakra coordinated the recovery of the body with the assistance of fire service personnel. The deceased was subsequently transported to the Chandahandi Community Health Centre for a post-mortem examination. Authorities are currently reviewing the circumstances surrounding the accident as part of their standard investigation into the fatality.
