According to Vartha Bharati, a solo art exhibition featuring the works of artist Prabhu S. Vasudev was inaugurated at the Subhash Chandra Bose High School in Santpur, Aurad taluk. The event was organized in collaboration with the Department of Kannada and Culture.

Nandadeep Borale, secretary of the Karnataka Public Institution, officially opened the exhibition. During his address, Borale praised Vasudev for his ability to translate complex emotions into visual art, describing him as a true artist who contributes significantly to the cultural landscape. He highlighted that Vasudev, who hails from a modest background in Shembelli, has used his talent to raise social awareness and mentor emerging young artists in the region.

Borale emphasized the importance of preserving traditional art forms and providing adequate platforms for rural talent. He urged the community to offer greater support to local artists to ensure that such creative expressions continue to thrive. The school's headmaster, Manohar Biradar, also spoke at the event, noting the technical proficiency and depth present in Vasudev's collection of artworks.
