According to TV9 Kannada, a Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation (KSRTC) bus was involved in an accident near Chikkabaganala village in the Koppal district. The incident occurred while the bus was en route from Koppal to Karkihalli, carrying more than 30 passengers at the time.

Preliminary reports indicate that the bus veered off the road and into a nearby field after one of its tires burst while the vehicle was in motion. Local authorities and emergency responders were alerted to the scene following the incident.

Fortunately, there were no fatalities or serious injuries reported among the passengers. All individuals on board were confirmed to have escaped the accident without significant harm. Local officials are expected to conduct a routine inspection of the vehicle to determine the exact cause of the mechanical failure.
