पीएम का रात 12 बजे छात्रों के लिए वीडियो संदेश:मोदी ने कहा- पेपर लीक पर कैबिनेट सख्त फैसला लेगी, जल्द बिल पास कराएंगे

According to a report by Dainik Bhaskar, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi released a video message at midnight on Thursday addressing the issue of examination paper leaks. In the 2.56-minute video posted to his social media handle, the Prime Minister stated that his government is preparing to introduce strict legislation to combat the recurring issue of paper leaks, which he described as a painful experience for millions of students and their families.

Prime Minister Modi noted that the government has already taken several steps over the past two and a half months, including the arrest of individuals involved in recent examination irregularities. He emphasized that the administration prioritized the protection of students' academic years, resulting in the successful administration of exams for 2.2 million students, with results declared on July 19. However, he indicated that these measures are insufficient and that further systemic changes are required.

The Prime Minister announced that he has directed the relevant departments to draft a proposal for the establishment of fast-track courts to handle such cases, alongside provisions for harsher penalties for offenders. According to the report, this draft was submitted to the Prime Minister's office late at night and is scheduled for discussion by the Cabinet on Friday. Following Cabinet approval, the government intends to introduce the bill in Parliament next week with the aim of ensuring a swift legislative process.
